All purchase orders must be sent in writing, verbal purchase orders cannot be accepted.

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours or the next business day.

  • Business accounts are invoiced when orders are shipped.
  • Credit card customers will be contacted for payment details when order is complete and ready for shipment.

There are two possible reasons why your order gets put on hold. We haven’t received your payment or we haven’t been able to process your payment successfully. If you have further questions, please contact us.
